Hello,

I recorded this cover of the song Jennifer by Faust. It’s one of my favourite songs. I also made this video featuring some dolphins and a belly dancer.

If you would like to be able to listen to the song on one of your music playing devices, you are in luck, because that is indeed an option.

Goodbye.

Interview: White Poppy Talks Touring, Gardens and Electrodomestics

Crystal Dorval and I grew up in the same small town in British Columbia. I discovered her music White Poppy years later and she’s been a staple in my music collection ever since. Her vocals are hazy and ghostly, they make me want to shut my eyes and smoke laying down in my room.

Very excited to see this release finally come to fruition. We’ve been passing these songs back and forth to each other over the internet for more then a year :)

Well, I just visited 6 European countries, and played in 15 different cities!! I am kind of blown away that the tour is now complete. What a time!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who helped with the tour. Daniel/Pan and I are very moved by the hospitality and kindness from the promoters, bands, venue owners and friends met along the way.

It was also really cool to see how the DIY scene is so connected even across the ocean! Its inspiring to witness first hand how a similar taste in music and art can bring people from around the world together.

Further more, beyond the music and tour experience, we shared many wonderful conversations about life and meaning, and made memorable connections with so many people.

Personally I find it hard to tour and perform such emotional music every single night, but, the fulfilment gained by connecting with others in such a unique way makes it so worth while.

I am so happy that this trip was able to happen, and I think I will be coming back sooner then later.

Special thanks to Antistars for booking the tour, and to Daniel/Pan for helping me manage the trip and carry heavy stuff up many flights of stairs.
